Let it Go... Fall is a time for release

Let it Go...

Fall season reminds us that we all have parts of ourselves that we need to let go of to be able to sprout new ideas, improve skills, deepen our relationships, and grow in all ways.

I love the Fall.  The trees shed their leaves as part of a cycle of renewal and are at their most beautiful when they are in the midst of letting go. This is a universal principle. In order to grow, we must release something.

For most of us, letting go is hard. It's a struggle to release people, things, or emotions we've grown accustomed to having in our lives.

But just because it's hard doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. When you keep things you don't need, you create emotional (and sometimes physical) mess. Extra things create clutter-- physically, mentally and spiritually. The only way to get rid of clutter is to learn how to let things go.

Let go
It's not always easy to release things. The trees seem to graciously let go of their leaves each autumn, but it's up to you to choose to stop clinging to the things that you no longer need in your life. No one is going to do it for you.
Old ways don’t need to be tossed into the trash. Like the leaves that drop from the trees, they can serve as the foundation for new growth and fuel for renewal.

I want you to experience the peace and joy that comes from letting go.
